- Maintenance Issues
Should you have any problems concerning building maintenance, i.e. heating, air conditioning, lighting, or plumbing in your suite or building, contact our office at 609.896.1558. We will schedule our maintenance technician for service. . . -
Telephone Repair Work In the event that you need telephone repair work, please contact our office using our online form or via telephone when you schedule the work with your service company. The service company will need access to the telephone closet located in the core area of the building. If the office is given advanced notice, we will be able to activate the existing tenants access card to unlock the required room for that day. . . - Rent Payments or Accounts Payable

The building entrance doors unlock at 7:00 a.m. and lock at 6:00 p.m. The tenant is given card access to the building entrance doors and has 24-hour a day access to the building. Each Tenant is issued two (2) access cards upon occupancy and additional cards may be obtained, at a nominal cost, by providing the office with the required information. The building parking lots are patrolled by off-duty police nightly. |
