 Kirk Bridgman | Immediately prior to co-founding PowerPoint Associates in 1993, Kirk Bridgman???? ?????? ?????????, MBA, was the Chief Executive Officer of Survey Methods Group, a small survey research firm. Before that, he held several corporate management positions including Regional Finance Manager for Unisys Corporation. During the multi-billion dollar merger of Sperry and Burroughs which created Unisys, Kirk was a lead player in shaping the new administrative and financial team (a team with unified values, goals, systems, and structures. Currently, Kirk concentrates on team facilitation and coaching, using a unique and sought after output oriented approach. This approach keeps teams focused on aggregate results and individual excellence rather than on team building processes. He also is the primary moderator for focus groups dealing with business to business marketing, customer satisfaction, and corporate management issues ( top) |
 Linda Boyd | Linda Boyd has expertise in research, marketing, organizational development, and time management. She has worked both with corporate clients and individuals in a variety of areas ranging from communication planning, career development, and performance motivation to social adjustment issues and grief counseling. She received international recognition for her creation of a community-based support program serving over 2,000 low income people with AIDS at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. With her unique "people" skills, Linda is in demand as both a talented group facilitator and as a moderator of focus groups dealing with health related and other sensitive subject issues (as well as for groups with respondents from hard to reach populations. Linda also provides individual performance coaching to managers and executives seeking to develop their team leadership skills or learning to maintain a more effective balance between personal and professional priorities.
