Rooms andRates Each morning wake up to the aroma of a complimentary, nutritious home-cookedbreakfast served in the dining room between 8a.m.-10a.m. every morning -(Specialarrangements can be made, if your plans require a different time.) As a guest at the Inn, you will stay in one of the four luxurious guestrooms/suites with: - Queen sized canopy beds or twin beds, triple sheets
- Private baths
- Cable TV
- Central heat and air conditioning through out the inn.
- Complimentary snacks, soda, water, coffee, and tea are available between 6a.m. - 10a.m. and also from 6p.m. - 9p.m. Ice water is provided in each room.
- Lunch & Dinner-if you would like to eat in, the Innkeeper will be glad to prepare a meal for you
- Candlelight Dinners or Picnic Meals - Picnic lunches are available. For $25 a couple, a special candlelight dinner for two is offered. It includes salad, main course, dessert, and coffee or tea, plus a before dinner punch in the parlor. Advance notice is required!

Chapman Room The Chapman Rooms is dedicated to the history of Chapman and highlightsthe Butterfield Trial with followed old US 40 before the highway system andChapman was a town. Decorated in white and soft blue, the room is lightand airy and features twin beds and a private bath with shower. Rates: $75 (single or double occupancy)
The BuhrerRoom The Buhrer Room is decorated with pictures and a scarpbook about the Buhrerfamily. This room has a large balcony with a sitting area, a hand-carved canopiedmahogany queen sized bed, lovely antiques, and a private bath with a large shower. Rates: $85 a night (single or double occupancy)
DwightD. Eisenhower Suite The Eisenhower Suite honors our 34th President, Dwight D. Eisenhower, and isdecorated in red, white, and blue. This large room features a bay window with a sitting area, queen size bed, and a large private bath with shower. Rates: $95 a night (single or double occupancy)
